Today’s challenges will only be solved through social dialogue, bringing the voices of working people and labour to the table.
The American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations is a voluntary federation of 56 national and international labour unions with more than 12 million members. It is dedicated to strengthening working families by enabling more workers to join together in unions, building a stronger political voice for working families, providing a new voice for workers in the global economy, and creating a more effective voice for working families.
Today’s challenges will only be solved through social dialogue, bringing the voices of working people and labour to the table.
Solutions to challenges like the climate crisis and inequality rely on ensuring working people make a decent living and can live with dignity and respect.
