Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK)

BGK (Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego) is a state development bank – the only institution of this type in Poland. Its mission is to support the sustainable social and economic growth of the country. BGK initiates and facilitates cooperation between businesses, the public sector, and financial institutions. It finances infrastructure investment projects, provides Poles with greater access to the housing market and supports the activity of Polish companies, domestically and internationally. BGK undertakes a wide range of initiatives aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, protection of the environment, and fair treatment of employees, partners and customers.
