China International Capital Corporation (CICC) is a strategic partnership among Chinese and international financial institutions and corporations established in 1995. It is the first joint venture investment bank in China, has a registered capital of $125 million, is headquartered in Beijing and has offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Its core business departments are investment banking, capital markets, sales and trading, research, fixed income and asset management.
