The Deutsche Energie-Agentur (dena) - the German Energy Agency - is the centre of expertise for energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and intelligent energy systems. As an "agency for applied energy transition", dena contributes to the attainment of energy and climate-political objectives by developing solutions and putting them into practice, both nationally and internationally. It focuses its efforts in the building, power and transport consumption sectors, as well as on issues relating to energy generation, networks and storage.
