The Hong Kong Securities Institute (HKSI) was officially formed in December 1997 as a professional body to raise professional standards for securities and finance practitioners in Hong Kong. The Institute's main objective is to maintain the highest standards of integrity and professional ethics within the industry, and to ensure the ongoing improvement in Hong Kong's standards of professional competence through education, training and the necessary qualifications.
