Huue is a biotechnology company on a mission to culture nature's rainbow. It is creating sustainable and scalable bio-based dyes for the textile, cosmetics and food industries. Huue draws inspiration from nature by engineering microbes to make colour instead of using the toxic petroleum-derived chemicals in commercial dyes. The first is indigo for denim, one of the most polluting items.
