Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST)

Established in 1971 as Korea's first graduate school specializing in science and engineering education and research, the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology's (KAIST) Daedeok and Seoul campuses house six colleges: Natural Science, Life Science and Bioengineering, Engineering, Information Science and Engineering, Business and Cultural Science. It has eight research institutes and five affiliate schools. It has more than 10,000 students, 600 professors and 450 staff members.
