Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST)

Founded in 1971, the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) is South Korea’s first research-oriented science and engineering university. With campuses in Daejeon and Seoul, KAIST is recognised globally for excellence in engineering, information science, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and sustainable innovation. It comprises six colleges and multiple research institutes that foster interdisciplinary collaboration at the frontier of technology and society.
