Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency

The Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency (KoSEA) is a state run organization with a mandate to foster and promote social enterprises effectively and leveraging Article 20 of the Law on the Promotion of Social Enterprises in the country. Among its many roles, KoSEA certifies social enterprises and, if they meet the requirements, provides them with administrative and financial support. It also aims to establish and support the operation of social enterprise networks created in each industry, locality and at the national level. KoSEA fosters social entrepreneurs, providing consulting services to improve the business administration, technology, taxation and labour in this landscape.
