Ly Hour Group

Ly Hour Group through its group of companies provide customers with a wide range of leading services which include lending, money transfer, and money exchange, pawnshop, financial lease, and residential development, and general insurance.

Primarily involved in the financial services sector (currency exchange and micro finance, Ly hour began as a small family business in 1986 and has remained in the hands of one of Cambodia's best respected business families. With origins in currency exchange, the company has expanded into retail (processing >1,000 transactions per day), micro finance, agricultural production (5,000 hectares of plantation crops) and trade, real estate development (9,000 residences with 100+ hectares of new development in the pipeline) and automotive insurance and leasing. The company sees itself as a national champion for domestic consumer industries. The companies e-payment service and settlements service has expanded to include 3,500 agents on top of the 1,200 full time employees of the group.

In 2020, the group will launch Ly Hour Capital, a private capital platform for foreign investors interested in exposure to Cambodian opportunities.
