Spowdi

Spowdi is a green-tech innovation company aiming to enable millions of smallholder farmers to be more profitable by growing more food in less water and with the sun as the only power source. These farmers contribute to sustainable and resilient food production called “Smart Farming” through its energy efficient water distribution system called the Spowdi Mobile Pro solution. It generates higher crop yield using a faction of the water and lower operating costs compared with fossil fuel pumps. It also has a Smart Farming app connecting smallholder farmers with knowledge, progress, mapping and data that is shareable with international organizations.
