Vnesheconombank

Established in 2007, State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank) is one of the key instruments of the government's investment policy in Russia. It aims to overcome infrastructure growth restrictions and upgrade and promote the non-raw materials economic sector and high-technology industries. It seeks to encourage innovation, the export of high-technology products, projects in special economic zones, environmental protection and small and medium-sized businesses.
