Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, University of Sheffield, United Kingdom; graduate, UAE Government Leaders Program and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership. Formerly: interim Chief Executive Officer, Dubai Future Foundation, overseeing the launch of Dubai 10X, the second and third cohorts of the Dubai Future Accelerator, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Artificial Intelligence Strategy; Director-General of the Executive Office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and oversaw the Hatta Development Project, among other key projects; was also involved in the Area 2071 project, the re-launch of Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership ‎Development, the Arab Strategy Forum, and ‎Mohammed bin Rashid Arabic Award. October 2017, following the Cabinet reshuffle, appointed Secretary-General of the UAE Cabinet; oversees the functioning of the General Secretariat of the Cabinet and supports decision-making and implementation in the Cabinet. Has overseen the development of the 4th Generation of Excellence ‎Model, implementing it through Mohammed bin Rashid Excellence ‎Award. ‎
