Adrian Lovett is currently the CEO at Development Initiatives. He is a respected leader with over two decades’ experience working in international development and advocacy, focusing on evidence-based policy change at global, regional and national levels. Formerly: President and Chief Executive Officer, Web Foundation, that promotes and defends the vision of the World Wide Web's founder, Sir Tim Berners-Lee, that the web should be a public good for everyone; interim Chief Executive Officer, ONE, the campaigning and advocacy organization co-founded by U2’s Bono to help end extreme poverty; previously led ONE in Europe; played a key leadership role in campaigns such as Make Poverty History and the Jubilee 2000 campaign to cancel the debts of developing countries; held senior roles at the likes of Oxfam and Save the Children.
