Founder and Director, Data-Driven EnviroPolicy Lab, which uses innovative data analytics to distil signals from large-scale and unconventional datasets and develop policy solutions to contemporary environmental problems. Previously, at the World Resources Institute (WRI), a non-profit environmental thinktank in Washington DC, developing corporate greenhouse gas accounting and reporting initiatives in developing countries, including China, managing and leading WRI’s efforts. PhD in Forestry and Environmental Studies, Yale University; MPhil in Environmental Policy, University of Cambridge; BSc in Biology and BA in Political Science, Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
