VicePresident for External and Regulatory Affairs at VRIO Latin America, responsible for the company positioning on key digital regulatory topics, with focus on Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and Caribe.

Before joining VRIO, he led External and Regulatory Affairs for AT&T audiovisual businesses in South America, he was Latin American Unit Head at OECD Development Center, worked as Lead Labor Specialist at the IDB, Senior Adviser at the Economic Bureau of the Spanish Prime Minister, and Principal Economist at BBVA Financial Group, specializing on new technologies, economic growth, and fiscal policy.

He holds a Ph.D. in public economics and a B.A. in economics from Complutense University of Madrid.
