I have spent over twenty years working in product, content, marketing, production and digital divisions in purpose-driven entertainment, play, cultural, arts and education, companies that strive to do good in the world. Those employers include LEGO, the BBC, J.K. Rowling, Penguin Books and the Victoria and Albert Museum. I also sit on a number of charitable boards including Culture24, in the museums and heritage sector, and The Woman's Prize for Fiction.
