Economist. Joined the BNDES Board of Directors in August 2017, responsible for several of the institution's sectors, including planning and research, credit and information technology. Graduate, State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ); MA in Economics, University of California, Los Angeles. Founded and directed the Institute of Performance and Leadership, an institution dedicated to the formation of leaders in several Latin American countries. Formerly, Academic Director of the Public Leadership Center. As JPMorgan's Executive in Residence, has worked with private equity investments in education and service companies. Was one of the founders of Ibmec São Paulo and acted as adviser to several companies and government plans.
