With over 15 years of experience supporting the development, resilience and recovery of cities and destinations across Africa, Asia, the Middle East and the Caribbean, Charlotte combines expertise in urban planning, tourism, heritage and post-disaster recovery. After managing infrastructure, hospitality and destination development projects for international organisations, governments and companies, she joined the World Economic Forum in 2023 to lead its work on Travel and Tourism and its contribution to economic development and destination transformation.
