Diego Oyarzún

Research Fellow, Imperial College London

Diego is a Research Fellow at the Department of Mathematics, Imperial College London. He works at the interface of engineering, mathematics and cell biology. He uses mathematics to predict cell behaviour and determine how to modify them genetically for applications in biotechnology and healthcare. Oyarzún is recipient of a Young Investigator Grant from the Human Frontier Science Program, an Imperial College Research Fellowship, and several national student prizes in Chile.
