Dimitri Diliani

Vice-President, Head of Latin America Region, Nokia

Vice president of Latin America Region at Nokia Networks, with about 22 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Dimitri is a leader that has experience in various fields within telecommunications. He started at Bell Labs in testing and software development, system engineering, then business development and sales. In the last 11 years, he was heading the account team for AT&T wireless.
After joining Nokia in 2005 coming from Lucent Technologies, Dimitri managed to double the business with T-Mobile USA. Later, he took responsibility for the regional customer in North America and the Caribbean.
In 2011, Dimitri moved to Africa and became the Region’s Head. Upon his return to the USA, he assumed the end to end responsibility for the largest LTE deployment in Nokia Networks for T-Mobile.
On September 2014 he was appointed as the new Vice president for the Latin America Region.
Dimitri has a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and a Master in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
