He has more than 20 years of experience in public sector reform, strategy, financial markets regulation, behavioral economics and trade policy. Currently leading Qatar’s Nudge Unit (Qatar Behavioural Insights Unit - QBIU) at the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy; Founder of Nudge Lebanon and the Consumer-Citizen Lab. Senior Fellow at Georgetown Qatar and AUB’s Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy. Formerly DG of the Lebanese Ministry of Economy and Trade, Member of the Board of the Banque Du Liban, Advisor to the Prime Minister of Lebanon, Director at Cisco and Booz & Company. Advisor to the Ministry of Finance in Qatar, Trade expert at Islamic Development Bank. Visiting lecturer on international trade at AUB and Saint Joseph University.
