Ian Lee assumed the role of President, Geographic Regions, for the Adecco Group as of January 1, 2023, while continuing to serve as Regional President, Asia Pacific, Adecco. A Singapore national, Ian serves as a board member of the Institute of Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) in Singapore. He also sits on the board of our FESCO Adecco Joint Venture in China. A highly respected and experienced leader, he has a successful track record of working in large global organisations. Ian joined The Adecco Group in 2017 as President of China. Previously, he had spent 14 years with the Whirlpool Corporation, holding various positions, including President of North Asia, President of China, and CFO of Asia Pacific. Before joining Whirlpool, Ian worked for 13 years at Procter & Gamble (P&G), where he held various roles, including Global CFO of the Feminine Care Business Unit and Managing Director of P&G in Taiwan. Ian obtained his BSc with Honours in Finance (magna cum laude) and his MBA in 1989 and 1990 from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Ian is currently a doctoral candidate in Business Administration (DBA) at the Singapore Management University.
