Ievgeniia Bodnya

Global Shaper, Kyiv Hub

Ievgeniia is an experienced professional working in legal and public policy analysis, stakeholders engagement and international development spheres for more than five years.

Currently, Ievgeniia is a consultant at the Reform Delivery Office - an advisory body to Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers, where she is dedicating efforts to develop a Recovery plan for Ukraine and working on the EU integration sector.

In her professional career, Ievgeniia focused on corporate governance reform design and implementation together with OECD, EBRD, Ministry of economy and MPs. She also developed an affordable housing project for a reputable international donor that benefits 500 internally displaced people working at the Danish Refugee Council.

Ievgeniia is a Curator of Global Shapers Kyiv Hub and is a core team of SupportUkraineNow https://supportukrainenow.org/ project run by Global Shapers.

She obtained MPhil in Public Policy at the University of Cambridge. Ievgeniia is a WorldWideStudies and Cambridge Trust Scholarships holder, European Forum Alpbach scholar in 2018 and a Seminar Assistant in 2020, Swedish Institute Alumnus. She also studied "European studies" at the Adam Mickiewicz University, LLM Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University.

Outside her professional career, Ievgeniia enjoyed academic rowing in Cambridge, jiu-jitsu and gymnastics. She also keens on sailing and is actively engaged in this activity right now.
