Telecommunications Engineer from the Santo Tomás de Aquino University in Bucaramanga Colombia, Master in Technologies, Systems and Communications Networks, and PhD in Telecommunications from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain). Master in Strategic and Prospective Thinking of the Externado University of Colombia.
Mantilla G, has extensive experience in the ICT sector: he was Director of Digital Development, Deputy Director of Digital Prospective and Deputy Director of Telecommunications of DNP, as well as policy advisor at the National Spectrum Agency -ANE-. He worked as a Development Engineer in the Institute of Applications of Information Technology and Advanced Communications in the Valencian Community.
He has been professor of radiocommunications, digital economics and ICT policies at the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the Externado University of Colombia. He is the author of more than 30 scientific articles in his specialty.
It deserves several distinctions, among which the Cum Laude recognition in the telecommunications engineering undergraduate is highlighted; Cum Laude with international certification in the Doctoral Program in Telecommunications, and is an illustrious graduate of the Faculty of Telecommunications Engineering of the Santo Tomás University.
