Javier is the Co-Founder and CEO of Clínicas del Azúcar — a rapidly expanding network of 52 clinics across Mexico and Texas, USA, transforming access to affordable diabetes care through a tech-enabled “one-stop-shop” model. Inspired by his mother’s struggle with Type-II diabetes, he founded Clínicas del Azúcar in 2010 to redesign diabetes care delivery for middle- and low-income populations.

Clínicas del Azúcar helps thousands of people live healthier lives every day, preventing complications and transforming how chronic care is delivered across communities.
