Formerly: six years in strategy consulting, Mars & Co., carrying out a number of assignments for various industrial sectors in different countries; eight years with Saur (environmental services in France). With Veolia: several leadership positions in the water business in France and abroad, including as Special Adviser to the CEO, Veolia Water Technologies, Director, business units in France, and Director, Operational Excellence, United States; since 2014, Head of Corporate Strategy; responsible for the global strategic planning methodology and process for all Veolia’s businesses across geographies; plays a key role in prospective analysis (e.g. on circular economy) and in decision-making to ensure the strategic alignment of the Group’s resources (e.g. arbitration on major investments, selection of M&A opportunities, alignment of research and innovation programmes); since February 2017, concurrently, business partner, UK and Ireland Zone, and is supporting this Zone in its growth efforts.
