Jean-Patrick Marquet is the former Managing Director for infrastructure at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development where he was running till early 2019 the infrastructure business across the Bank’s 37 countries of operations, with 450 active projects and a €12bn investment portfolio. Mr Marquet is now an international expert focused on infrastructure development, member of the GFC since 2017, and he was appointed in 2019 as special advisor by the UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) to help promote the Sustainable Development Goals in infrastructure projects.
