Formerly NIKE Inc Vice President, Lisa held executive level positions over a 13-year career (2001-2014) that spanned commercial and brand leadership roles through to leadership of NIKE’s Corporate Philanthropy and Global Community Investments. As part of NIKE Inc’s Corporate Leadership Team, Lisa was most recently Vice President, Access to Sport where as a core part of the NIKE Global brand team she spearheaded a global effort to work across sectors and industries to increase participation of children in sports and physical activity. In this capacity she developed and co-authored the Framework for Action Designedtomove (www.designedtomove.org) Prior to that, Lisa was Managing Director of the Nike Foundation where amongst other milestones she launched the award winning girleffect concept (www.girleffect.org). During her career Lisa held a number executive leadership roles in Global and USA Strategy, USA Sales and Retail and Apparel Strategy and Business Development. Founder of “Inspired Companies” and currently authoring a book, Lisa now serves as an Independent Advisor and Brand Strategist. She believes that for companies to win in the future, they will need to lead with inspired ideas and throw out a lot of old corporate success levers that no longer work. Companies that win in the future will be those that gain the trust of and embrace those who ultimately determine financial performance and corporate success: Consumers, Employees and a diverse set of traditional corporate outsiders.
