She has worked in government for the Seattle City Council and has co-founded numerous political training institutes around the world. She is a World Economic Young Forum Global Leader and sits on the Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Behaviour. She serves on a board for the U.S. Government's National Academy of Science and Engineering focused on violence prevention. She has sat on numerous for-profit and non-profit boards including one publicly traded company.
