This report identifies a set of Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics. Drawn from existing voluntary standards, the report offers comparable metrics and disclosures across four pillars considered the most critical for business, society and the planet. Our aim is to catalyze the convergence, simplification and standardization of the non-financial reporting ecosystem.

Toward Common Metrics and Consistent Reporting of Sustainable Value Creation

As the Forum community assembles for its 50th Annual Meeting under the theme of “Stakeholders for a Cohesive and Sustainable World”, it is our expectation that this report and the discussion it generates will serve to further illuminate how companies and their investors and other stakeholders
can work together to apply the principles on which the Forum was founded, as expressed most recently in the Davos Manifesto 2020: “The Universal Purpose of a Company in the Fourth Industrial Revolution”.
