He was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. As part of his experience at McKinsey, he worked on projects for multinational companies, foundations, governments and family businesses. He supported his clients in strategy, organization and operations affairs in Mexico, the United States, Brazil, Colombia, Russia and the United Kingdom. He has experience in energy issues, consumer goods, finance, education, philanthropy, among other topics and areas. From February 2012 to September 2016 he was responsible for the Planning and Transformation processes, and Institutional Governance of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as professor of family businesses and institutional government. Later he directed the Business School forming a solid team, strengthening the faculty, developing new programs and always maintaining the focus in the strategic areas. He is an Industrial and Systems Engineer from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and has an MBA from New York University.
