10% of global clothing sales will soon be second-hand

In 2023, second-hand clothing sales surged past 18% of the global clothing market, growing 15 times faster than the overall fashion sector. The entire second-hand clothing market is forecast to reach $350 billion by 2028, according to GlobalData’s new report for resale specialists ThredUp.
