These drones are reforesting Rio’s hills

They're helping to seed hard-to-reach areas that are inaccessible by regular means. First, scientists analyse an area to determine the soil quality and which species would thrive there. Then AI calculates where to put the seeds, and how many. A single drone can disperse 180 seed capsules a minute, 100 times faster than human hands.
