How This Machine Turns Plastic Bottles Into 3d Printer Ink

A 2-litre plastic bottle makes 20 metres of filament. If you need a longer filament, the machine can join two lengths together. The Polyformer just won the 2022 James Dyson Global Sustainability Award. It was designed by 2 students from McMaster University in Canada.
