Japanese employers are offering workers trips to escape hay fever

Japan has a severe pollen issue and climate change is making it worse. Firms are subsidizing employees to work remotely from areas with low pollen counts. Okinawa, Japan’s southernmost region, is a popular destination, while others have gone as far as Guam or Hawaii.
