This NGO is helping marginalized women get hired in STEM fields

It encourages girls to get into science, technology, engineering, and mathematics at a young age. Girls Who Code offers free after-school coding clubs for girls zs well as intensive summer programmes. So far, it has reached more than 580,000 young women since its launch in 2012.
