Valley In Amsterdam Is The World’s Best New ‘Green Skyscraper’

The jagged design is based on a real-life canyon. Its sustainable features help lower energy use — from triple-glazed windows to solar panels, electric car charging ports, smart climate control ceilings, and low-energy LED lighting. Meanwhile, this green skyscraper’s physical design promotes exercise. The Valley won the Emporis Skyscraper Award 2021, beating 600 other buildings that are at least 100 meters tall.
