80% of people globally want their country to do more on climate change

The UN’s People’s Climate Vote polled 75,000 people in the 77 nations which are home to 90% of the world’s population. In the US, 54% want a speedy switch to clean energy, as do 75% of people in Saudi Arabia. Globally, 72% want a fast transition to clean energy, only 7% want no transition at all.
