‘Recipe for Joy at Work: People, Praise and Purpose’

"What is what's the difference between joy and happiness? Are you always chasing happiness? Yes. But isn't joy the juice that gets you there? It's the force. It's being in the moment. It's actually not thinking about it. Yeah. In the book, I define joy as ‘purpose activated’. Yeah, You're in the right place. You're in the right team in the right time with the right purpose, with the right energy. I mean, that's joy because you can't chase it because it just is. It's activated or it's not. But you should be obviously pursuing what you believe to be happiness at that time. What I thought would to be happiness at age 20 is probably different than age 45."
