Sustainable gardening can help tackle climate change and it creates a healthier urban environment. Gardens are more than havens for wildlife. They improve local air quality, boost people’s health and well-being, provide somewhere for people to grow their own food and reduce energy bills by helping to insulate homes. That’s according to researchers from the University of Sheffield.
