The Average US Citizen Is Older Than Ever Before

Last year, the median age in the US reached 38.9 years. An increase of more than two months on the previous year. Experts say the US is likely to keep getting older as birth rates have gradually declined over recent decades. The oldest US state is Maine where the median age is 44.8 years.
