This Indian Start-Up Is Using Plastic Waste to Make Bricks

Angirus calls its product ‘Wricks’. They could help to cut air pollution and CO2 emissions in India using some of the 3.5 million tonnes of plastic waste generated there every year. Wricks are 30% stronger than standard red clay bricks, 20% lighter and 80% damp proof. They are made entirely from recycled waste, including construction waste and other industrial refuse.
