This is what the EU's new online safety law is about

The Digital Services Act (DSA) is intended to make the internet safer. It covers all online providers of goods, services or content but it only applies fully to platforms with more than 45 million users in Europe. Such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Amazon. The EU calls the DSA a ‘first-of-a-kind regulatory toolbox’.
