This Pioneering Company Harvests Pure Drinking Water From Plants

Fruit, veg and sugarcane produce large amounts of water when they are pressed into juice, which is then evaporated to make concentrate or sugar. Often this water is discarded, damaging the environment but Botanical Water Technologies (BWT) captures, filters and purifies this condensate to create ‘the world’s first plant-based water’.
