This start-up’s AI tool analyses speech patterns to detect brain disorders early

The TELL app studies a person’s speech as they complete language tasks such as describing a video, recounting their routines or reading out a text. The AI algorithms capture data including vocal speed and pitch as well as word choices and emotional tone, using machine learning to identify neurodegenerative disorders.
