Allan Green opened his Wells Coffee farm in 2021. He uses ‘artificial mulch’ mats which keep soil moist and prevent weeds. Creating the perfect conditions for young coffee trees. Green also irrigates the crops using a local reservoir, drip-feeding them with pipes that criss-cross the farm all thanks to a solar-powered pump
