Workers in the US Are Still Quitting Their Jobs in Droves. But Why?

4 million Americans left their jobs in October 2022. That’s 2.6% of the workforce. During 2022, nearly 50 million quit. The trend has been called the Great Resignation and experts say it can’t be wholly explained by the current ‘tight’ labour market which has lots of vacancies and low unemployment. So why are workers quitting?
