Too hot to work? Here's how countries are protecting people

Temperatures are reaching record levels and testing our bodies’ ability to adapt. Extreme heat can trigger heatstroke and exhaustion and worsen heart and lung disease, and even depression. Extreme heat claims the lives of half a million people worldwide a year. And is especially dangerous for people in outdoor jobs such as farming, construction and delivery.
