Isabel "Izzy" Yasana Hawley

Consumer Direct Marketing Unit Value Brand Manager, Nike

Isabel ‘Izzy’ Yasana Hawley was born and raised in Coos Bay, OR, United States. Izzy belongs to the Klamath Tribes; she is proudly Klamath, Modoc and Filipina. Currently, Izzy sits on Nike’s Consumer Direct Marketing team as the Purpose and Community Marketing Manager for North America Unite Stores, and a Co-Chairs on the NikeUNITED Native American and Friends Network.

Before Izzy started her Nike journey with N7 in 2011, she interned at First Alaskas Institute as an Alaska Native Policy intern. She brings diverse experiences that range across Brand Management, Stores Marketing, Product Line management, as well as leading Digital Brand Marketing efforts across kids, soccer, and Purpose Brand(N7, BHM, Pride, Colin Kaepernick, etc.) campaigns.

Outside of work, Izzy sits on the Board of Directors for The Warrior Movement, which inspires hope for those battling mental health challenges. She sits on the Next Generation Advisory Committee for the American Indian College Fund, and started this year as an adjunct Professor for Gonzaga University in the MBA American Indian Entrepreneurship program. Izzy completed this program herself in May 2022, receiving the American Indian Entrepreneurship Student of the Year Award.  Most recently, Izzy was awarded the National Center of American Indian Enterprise and Development 40 under 40, class of 2023. Having the opportunity to serve and expose opportunities for the Klamath Tribes on the Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors is her current and most exciting venture.
