Ingo Puhl

Founding Partner, South Pole

Ingo is a Founding Partner of South Pole. Based in Thailand, he is currently leading South Pole’s engagements to accelerate the renewable energy transformation in the South East Asia region and is driving innovation in South Pole’s Digital Lab.

Ingo started his career at the International Energy Agency where he worked on the rule book for carbon credit trading and was later involved in setting up the first ever carbon fund at the World Bank before taking on an entrepreneurial role in carbon markets. He holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University Darmstadt.
